  It was a dream to finally visit this business and the chocolates I tasted were terrific. Since I have lost 47 lbs., I only treated myself to two pieces of this luscious treat. This occurred on Christmas Eve and the store was busy. What I was not prepared for was not being served and being passed over twice in line. The staff was rude and when I received my chocolates they were in a baggie rather than a small box. When I asked about a box, they did provide a small less expensive version. Now, my purchase was not grand yet I expect great customer service. There was plenty of staff present to assist customers, they just did not provide excellent service to me. Perhaps, some staff retraining is needed. Manners never go out of style!
